No, wait. Let me correct that….Friendster.com has got the crappiest of everything! I don’t know why Friendster is still around despite the current surge of more sophisticated blogging/photo posting/video posting/linking websites around! I think multiply.com is one of the best around. Don’t know, been using it to keep up with my friends and all that and they seem to be working wonders for me. Yeah, I know…how can I miss it with all that hype….myspace too. I also tried the latest launch from yahoo which is their 360 degrees thing. Works pretty much like multiply and myspace actually except that it has all of your Yahoo links, friends, messenger list and stuff in there. Pretty neat if you have everything under Yahoo.
So, with all these sites, including wordpress, why is friendster still around? What purpose do they serve? I mean, I only have that account because most of my friends from gym, my party kaki, my sister, cousins and almost everyone I know use friendster. If you take a look at their blog posting feature, it’s limited and looks damn crap. Their reviews section also damn crap. Photo posting very limited (an overall limit and also a monthly limit or something like that). So, I just don’t understand why there are people still using friendster and not migrated to another system?
Do you have a friendster account? If you’re still using it, why for crissakes?
You only realize that now? Yes, Friendster is my worst blogging experience ever. So darn outdated!
The reason why I’m still using Friendster is because I want to retain my contact list. Quite a hassle if I have to migrate to myspace but my contacts did not. Grrrrrr….

I guess its still around because it was the one we were first hooked up to. And that is why they are very ’stable’. They are huge in S.E Asia.
I know lots of people are going on to Mulitiply. But for me, Facebook is really cool. Its features many of which are done by other programmers make this one tick! And if not careful, either one of this will take over friendster if it doesnt buck up.
