The Thinking Bloggers Award

Thinking Blogger Award
I rarely respond to MeMe’s…don’t know why. MumsGather voted me here. Bloggers know that in order to get people to come and read the rubbish that you spend decades writing, you have to go blog-hopping once in a while and comment on their things. This is one of the ways to make your blog popular wan. Although I also go blog-hopping sometimes, there are a few blogs that I go to without commenting or because they often write interesting things.

Well, here’s my vote then. My number 1 used to be Judy’s blog but she’s resigned from blogging (for now) so, I have to replace my number 1 liao. But with an equally keng-chow (very impressive) replacement, though.

Recently discoverd Daniel’s blog and it is always updated, sometimes hilarious, often thought-provoking and very short and sweet entries that invites people to think and comment. Daniel, Franklin Gomez takes Number 1. Daniel Franklin Gomez

Fatty Poh’s blog is very down-to-earth and her posts are often laced with very direct ‘kopitiam’ language that many Hokkien-ers like me can understand and laugh about.
2. Fatty Poh’s Kopitiam

Thought-provoking is she. Mumsgather who blogs not only about being a parent but also about life and living.
3. MumsGather

Kat is cute and funny
4. http://suum-cuique.blogspot.com/

Nyonya Penang is very very funny wan.
5. Nyonya Penang

Wah….never realized that it is so hard to shortlist among all the blogs that I visit wan, man! Like when your friends all gather around and demand that you name one person who is your bestfriend. All of them have daggers in their eyes and hidden choppers and parangs behind their backs. You feel like you’re playing Russian Roulette or something.

I am not going to pass this Meme to anyone but if you want, nothing stopping you from naming your Top 5 thinking bloggers lor. Actually….do it lah. Spread the word around mah! Go Go Go!!!

Poh Pngia chnee????? My ultimate weakness in the food dept, Forehorse. It’s mine….all mine! Nobody touches the Poh Pngia chnee, go stuff up your face with kuih talam instead! I tell you ah, penang people can make me do anything as long as they offer me penang foodie, man!

  8. 8 Judy June 1, 2007 at 12:15 am

Hahahaaa, got Kopi Ah Soh, means got partay onelah. Be careful you don’t bring food that she dislikes, she will tell you cannot eat.
Anyway, Marsha’s ‘Come one, come all…’ reminds me of this verse we use to say in school to hit at the La Salle boys. Want to know ah? Please don’t condemn me ah…I only repeating school days’ joke here.
    Come one, come all,
    Come to Convent Hall,
To see …(name a boy you hate most)’s balls,
    Hanging on the wall,
    One big, one small,
    One bang, all fall…….
OK, if my husband and children see me write this, they will be most ashamed of me and my daughter will tell me that I should not have done this. What to do, nowadays, children more mature than parents!
